Refund Policy
Our services at Grow By Email are designed to provide value and satisfaction to our clients. However, due to the customized and digital nature of our work, it’s important to outline our refund policy clearly.
General Policy
By engaging with Grow By Email, you accept our refund policy, acknowledging that all services are non-refundable.
This is due to the non-returnable nature of personalized, digital services and manual labor. We are not a “pay only if you like it” service. You are paying for strategic deliverables (copy, design, implementation, segmentation, setup, etc.) based on your brief, feedback, and revisions.
While we strive for your satisfaction, we do not guarantee specific marketing results (revenue, growth, engagement, deliverability), but we will implement revisions in line with the agreed scope.
Deliverables

If you are not satisfied with deliverables, refunds are not offered, but revisions will be provided until approval.

Approval of deliverables is considered final, and no further revisions or refunds will be possible after approval.
Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions and retainers can be canceled at any time with written notice.

Prorated refunds are not issued for early cancellations.

If you are charged because you forgot to cancel in time, refunds will not be offered, as work will already have been scheduled or commenced.
Renewal

All subscription/retainer services are recurring and billed automatically.

Once renewed, payments are non-refundable, and services owed for that period will be delivered in line with the agreed scope.
Results
Email performance depends on many factors outside of our control (list health, product-market fit, website conversion, deliverability, etc.).
We do not guarantee results, but we do guarantee delivery of the agreed scope (emails, flows, campaigns, designs, revisions).
Onboarding & Kickoff

Failure to provide necessary onboarding details (brand assets, guidelines, logins, etc.) does not qualify for a refund.

Refund requests after onboarding does not qualify, as production begins immediately.
Technical Issues

You are paying for email creative and strategy deliverables (design, copy, flows, campaigns, setup).

Platform or third-party issues (e.g., Klaviyo, Omnisend, Shopify, Mailchimp, ESP deliverability problems) do not warrant refunds.

We will assist where possible, but responsibility for third-party platform performance lies with the provider.
Mistakes

We follow strict QA processes, but clients are responsible for reviewing and approving deliverables before going live.

Refunds are not issued for errors overlooked by the client during review/approval.
Delays

Delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, late asset delivery) do not qualify for refunds or billing adjustments.

If delays are caused by Grow By Email, we may adjust schedules or extend timelines, but refunds will not be issued.
Resellers & White Label Clients

If your client does not pay you, we will not refund you for services already rendered.
Credit Card Disputes

By signing up, you agree not to dispute charges for reasons covered under this policy.

In the event of a dispute, all deliverables and account work will be paused or deleted until resolved.

If your bank issues a refund against this policy, Grow By Email reserves the right to invoice you for the disputed amount plus any associated fees. Non-payment may result in collections or legal action.
Blackmail & Threats

We do not tolerate threats of disputes or negative reviews as leverage for refunds.

Escalation may lead to legal action, as blackmail/extortion are criminal offenses.
