How long does it take to receive my designs?

On average, you'll get your email designs within 5 business days—fast enough to keep your marketing moving but not rushed like a bad haircut.

Can I have input on my designs?

Absolutely! Once you purchase a package, you’ll get a quick and simple onboarding form where you can tell us everything—your brand colors, style preferences, and even your deep love for minimalism (or glitter, no judgment).

How do I receive my designs?

Once your email designs are ready, we’ll send you a private link where you can view and approve them. You’ll have the option to access them on Figma or Canva*, depending on your preference.

Once approved, we’ll also provide you with tutorials on how to seamlessly transfer the designs into Klaviyo. But if you purchased our Build-Out Package, you can kick back and relax while we handle all the hard work and build out each approved design in Klaviyo for you!

*Please note there is an additional fee for transferring email designs to Canva, whereas editable Figma files are included at no extra cost.

What email service providers/platforms (ESP's) are they compatible with?

Yep! Whether you're using Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, or carrier pigeons (not recommended) - our designs are fully adaptable.

Will I be able to make changes if I don't like my designs?

Of course! Though we’re pretty confident you’ll love them (we’re kind of email wizards), you can absolutely request tweaks. We do not limit the number of revisions you can make, so we will work with you until it's just right!

What's the difference between design-only and the build-out package?

With design-only, you will receive the Figma files so that you can build the designs in your ESP platform (e.g. Klaviyo) yourself.

If you purchase our build-out package at checkout, we do the heavy lifting for you - because you’ve got better things to do.
